VisLab – Inventory of Good Practices
In this inventory, the VisLab collects diverse examples in which peace, conflict and their entanglements with other socio-spatial processes are visualised by various actors (e.g. scientists, media, or artists). The selection of these visualisations is based on the idea of searching for “good practices” that relate to the key aspects of visualising peace and conflict which the VisLab explores: multiperspectivity, innovative visualisation methods, transparent data analysis, etc.). We are starting the inventory with publicly accessible online visualisations, but we consider it as a working space that will be supplemented throughout the project duration with other kinds of relevant references.
