Professor Rafael Biermann (FSU) will give two lectures at the University of Bologna, titled "Reconciliation in the Former Yugoslavia" and "Failed Crisis Prevention in Ukraine." Additionally, he explored the possibility of establishing an Erasmus exchange agreement for students and staff with the Institute of International Relations at the University of Bologna.
